How do I link accounts with a join request?

What you can do here

Manage requests to link accounts.

• "Other's requests to you": "Accept", "Reject - I don't know this person" or "Reject - I don't want this person linked to my account".
• "Your requests to others": "Cancel Request".
• "Linking your account to another": "If you would like to link your account to another, enter their email address below:", then "Link An Account".

If you have none: "You currently have no join requests."

The help tooltip explains the parent route. Log in to the child's account, go to My Profile and enter your parent account email.

Then log back in to your parent account, click the grey My Account button and find 'Manage Join Requests' in the side bar to accept.

"From this page you can also request to join an existing school or tutor account."

How to do it

1. Parent linking to a child:
   1. Log in to the child's account and go to "My Profile".
   2. Enter your parent account email there.
   3. Log back in as the parent and open this page.
   4. Click "Accept".
2. Link to someone else, such as a school or tutor: enter their email address in the box, then click "Link An Account".
3. Answer a request: use "Accept" or one of the two "Reject" options.
4. Withdraw a request you sent: click "Cancel Request".
