How do I add a teacher account?

What you can do here

Create a teacher/tutor.

• "Title", "First name(s)", "Last name", "Email" and "Password" (required as shown)
• The notifications tick box ("Tick this box to enable this")
• "Set access level for teacher":
  • "Teacher": "Our default teacher account. Teacher accounts can only access the pupils assigned to them in either a BOFA Form Group or BOFA Teaching Class."
  • "Teacher+": "Has access to all pupil accounts & can import new pupils. Can also assign pupils to a subscription/pack."
  • "Administrator": "All the features of Teacher+ with the added function of being able to set up or edit Teacher / Teacher+ / Administrator accounts."

The [teacher] "may personalise their email notifications from their account once created". Form group and teaching class notification options also let them tailor what they receive.

Then "Save" or "Cancel".

How to do it

1. Fill in the name, "Email" and "Password".
2. Choose the access level: "Teacher", "Teacher+" or "Administrator".
3. Optionally tick notifications.
4. Click "Save".
