How do I assign pupils to a subscription?

What you can do here

"In order to be able to take tests, [pupils] must be assigned to an active subscription."

The page lists who is on this subscription ("Name", "Username", "Group", "Options"), each with a "Remove" button ("Remove this [pupil] from this subscription").

It tells you how many places are free ("You have [number of places] available on this subscription"), and you can fill them in two ways:

• "Select [pupils] to assign": pick specific people, then "Assign [pupils]".
• "Automatically assign": "click to automatically assign available test credits to [pupils]".

If there are free places but nobody left to add, the page says so, and "You can create more [pupils] here."

If you have more people than places: "You can either pick another subscription to assign them to or take out another subscription."

How to do it

1. Choose who to assign: under "Select [pupils] to assign", select them, then click "Assign [pupils]". (Or use "Add a new [pupil]" if they don't exist yet.)
2. Fill all free places at once: under "Automatically assign", click "Automatically assign".
3. Take someone off: click "Remove" next to their name.
