How do I change settings for lots of pupils at once?

What you can do here

Confirm a bulk change for the "Pupils" you selected. The page can include the "Syllabus & Adaptive Test Settings" block (options 1–4, ability start levels, advanced schedule settings), which you set once for everyone selected.

"Please note if you are amending a large number of pupils it can take a few minutes for the accounts to be updated once you exit the page." Then click "Confirm".

How to do it

1. On Manage Pupils, tick the pupils and choose an action under "With selected pupils", then click "Go".
2. On this page, check the "Pupils" list and set the options shown.
3. Click "Confirm".
