How do I see a summary report for my class?

How do I see a summary report for my class?

What you can do here

A summary of how the class is doing:

  • "Average Initial Test Score"
  • "Tests Taken" ("Since [date]")
  • "Strongest Initial Test Topic" and "Weakest Retest Topic"
  • "Initial Tests by Strongest Topic" ("Section" / "Percentage Correct")
  • "Weakest improvements on the Retests" ("Percentage Incorrect")
  • An "Average Scores Over Time" graph. "Show Graph Information" explains its two lines: "End of Initial Test Average" and "End of Retest Average", by month.

"Some report statistics require tests to be fully complete, including the retest stage, before they will be included on this page."

Links: "Go Back", "Class Pupils" (the heading "Here is a list of the pupils that are in this class"), "Export Individual Summaries",

"Export Individual PDF Summaries" and "Select Another Class". If no data exists, sections say "No Data Found".

The class picker reads "Select the class you wish to view a summary for.", "Please select a class", "View Summary". If you have no classes with data: "You have no classes with data available to export."

How to do it

  1. Choose the class ("Please select a class"), then "View Summary". Or use "Select Another Class" to switch.
  2. To narrow the period, set "Date From" and "Date To", then click "Apply Date Range". Use "Clear Date Range" to reset.
  3. To download reports for each pupil, click "Export Individual Summaries" or "Export Individual PDF Summaries".
