How do I see and export my class's test data?

What you can do here

A table of the class's tests that you can filter.

• Filters ("Test Data Filters"): "Forename", "Surname", "Email", "Group", "Tutor", "Show/Hide Score" ("Scores Shown"/"Scores Hidden"), "Status", "Level", "Strand", "Test Number", "Date From" and "Date To". Then "Apply Filters" / "Clear Filters".
• "Customise Columns": "Tick the checkboxes for the columns you wish to see on the report." The columns are Forename, Surname, Email, Form Group, Tutor, Subject, Level, Number, Status, Date Started, Date Finished, Initial Score, Standardised Score, Improvement Score, Out Of Time Score, Initial Time Spent, Improvement Time Spent, Final Score and Show Score. Some are marked "Always Show".
• Per test, you can "Show Score" / "Hide Score".
• Links: "Exit Report", "Select Another Class", "View/Export All Test Data", "Export selected Test Data" and "Help".
• If something is wrong: "Report information not found. Please use the contact page to report this."

How to do it

1. Set the filters you want, then click "Apply Filters".
2. Click "Customise Columns" and tick the columns to show.
3. To download, click "Export selected Test Data", or "View/Export All Test Data" for everything.
4. To change whether a pupil sees a score, use "Show Score" / "Hide Score" on that test.
