Why did my parent import show errors?

What you can do here

BOFA checks your file and shows one of three results:

• "Data OK": "Click continue to finish the import. If you cancel now, no data will be saved to your account."
• "Error": "The following errors occurred and are preventing the import from being complete. Please correct these and try again with a new import file."
• "Problems found": "you can continue with a partial import if you wish. Only fully valid data rows will be imported - any with errors will be ignored."

A table shows each "Row", "Parent", "State" and "Messages". You'll see "Continue to import [number] rows.", "[number] will be ignored."

and "The following [items] will be created: [list]."

How to do it

1. Read the result and the "Messages" column.
2. If it's OK, or you accept a partial import, click "Continue".
3. If there are errors, click "Cancel", fix your CSV and start again.
