Why did my pupil import show errors?

Why did my pupil import show errors?

What you can do here

You'll see "Data OK", "Error" or "Problems found" (same meanings as for the parent import).

There may also be "General errors". The "Data" table shows "Row", "Pupil", "State" and "Messages".

You'll see "Continue to import [number] rows.", "[number] will be ignored." and "The following [items] will be created if there are no other errors: [list]."

How to do it

  1. Read the messages for each row.
  2. If there are problems but you want the valid rows, click "Continue - partial import". If everything is OK, click "Continue".
  3. To fix the file first, click "Cancel - edit data" (or "Cancel"). "If you cancel now, no data will be saved."
