Where do I manage my pupils, tutors and parents?

What you can do here

  • School version: three sections.
    • "Pupils" ("You have [number of pupils]."):
      • "View pupils": "View and manage your pupil accounts"
      • "Add a pupil": "Add a new pupil account"
      • "Export pupils": "Export your pupil account data to a spreadsheet"
      • "View/Export test history": "View/Export test history to a spreadsheet"
      • "Messages": "Display a message to pupils when they log in"
      • "Pupil subjects": "Manage the subject/programs to which your pupils have access"
      • "Import pupils": "Bulk import pupil accounts"
      • "Import parents": "Bulk import parent accounts"
    • "Tutors": "View tutors", "Add a tutor", "Export tutors".
    • "Parents": "View parents", "Add a parent", "Export parents".
  • Tutor version: "My Pupils". It says either "You have [number] for whom you are their assigned Tutor." or "You have [number] who are either in your Form Group, Teaching Class(es) or you are their assigned Tutor", with "View pupils" and "Add a pupil".
  • Parent version: "Welcome to the parent dashboard", with "View pupils" and "Add a pupil". "Note: Pupils must login to their own account with the username and password you setup for them to use the system." Each child's subscription status can show "Training ends on [date]".
  • All versions: if anyone isn't covered: "You have [number] not covered by active subscriptions. Go to my subscriptions."

How to do it

  1. Add one person: click "Add a pupil" (or "Add a tutor" / "Add a parent" for schools).
  2. Add many pupils: click "Import pupils" (schools).
  3. Download a list: click "Export pupils" / "Export tutors" / "Export parents" (schools).
  4. Fix uncovered pupils: follow "Go to my subscriptions".
