How do I see a summary report for my pupil or child?

How do I see a summary report for my pupil or child?

What you can do here

A single pupil's summary:

  • "Average Initial Test Score", "Tests Taken", "Strongest [subject]" / "Weakest [subject]" ("% Average")
  • "Initial Tests by Strongest Topic" ("Topic" / "Percentage Correct") and "Weakest improvements on the Retests" ("Percentage Incorrect")
  • Graphs of "Average Scores Over Time" for Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning

"Export to PDF" downloads it. "Select Another [pupil]" switches to someone else.

If there's nothing to show: "Summary Report Unavailable – This pupil has not completed a retest and has no data available to report on." A pupil viewing their own sees "You have not completed a retest…".

From there, links go to "Manage Pupils" and "My Markbook".

How to do it

  1. Choose the pupil ("Select the [pupil] you wish to view a summary for.", then "View Summary").
  2. Optionally set "Date From" / "Date To", then click "Apply Date Range".
  3. Click "Export to PDF" to save or print it.
  4. Remember: "Some report statistics require tests to be fully complete, including the retest stage".
