How do I find pupils who haven't taken any tests?

What you can do here

Lists pupils with no tests.

• Filters: "Forename", "Surname", "Email", "Date From", "Date To", "Group", "Tutor", "Product" and "Strand".
• Columns: "Forename", "Surname", "Email", "Parent", "Tutor", "Form Group" and "Subscription". The subscription column can show "Training ends on [date]".
• Expired subscription: "This pupils subscription has expired. Press Activate now to assign to an available subscription. Or press Cancel to remove them from the expired subscription." Removing asks you to confirm: "If you would like to continue press Remove Now, if not please press Cancel".
• Links: "Exit Report", "Export selected Test Data" and "Help".

How to do it

1. Set "Date From" / "Date To" (and any other filters), then click "Apply Filters".
2. Click "Export selected Test Data" to download the list.
3. For a pupil whose subscription has expired, click "Activate Now". Or use "Remove Now" to take them off the expired subscription.
